Ski Safari understands and respects the importance of your privacy.

The only way we obtain personal information is if you give it to us when we specifically ask for it. We ask you for personal information in a variety of circumstances:

  •  when you ask for a quote or brochure request
  •  when you make a booking
  •  when you subscribe to our newsletter, enter competitions or register for promotions
  •  when you take part in surveys or provide us with feedback in the customer service questionnaires

Customers who have supplied personal data in any of the above circumstances will receive the monthly Ski Safari newsletter containing promotional information and news where you have expressly opted in at the time of requesting a quote or a brochure, or entering for a competition etc. You are entitled to opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking the opt-out button on the newsletter. You may also receive a brochure and other mailings by post. You can opt out of postal mailings at any time by sending an email to info@skisafari.com. Unless you have expressly opted out on the customer service questionnaires, we may extract information you provide and post your comments on our site.

Ski Safari uses third parties to help analyse how you use the site. This analytical tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is transmitted to the third party. This information is then used to evaluate your use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

Your personal details will not be passed to any third parties except where necessary to process your booking or enquiry. Your details may be passed to countries outside of the UK and the European Economic Area in order to process and arrange for the products and services you request. When you submit your booking or request to us you agree that we may use and transfer your personal information, including sensitive information, in this manner.

This privacy policy does not cover the links within this site to other sites.

The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 4488. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in United Kingdom. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For futher information, visit the ATOL web site at www.atol.org.uk. For holidays that do not include flights, you are protected by Tour Operator Failure Cover Insurance.
