Booking Conditions
Please click on the link at the bottom of this page to view our full booking conditions - these apply in their entirety to ski extras orders with the exception of the 'Booking your holiday' and 'Amendments, transfers or cancellation: (A) By you' sections. The main points are:
- Ski Extras are any one or combination of lift tickets, rental equipment, ski school, in-resort activities, transfers and car hire.
- You must be a UK/EIRE resident to book Ski Safari Ski Extras.
- You agree that Ski Extras cannot be ordered less than 3 working days before your departure on holiday. All services are subject to availability at the time they are booked.
- A binding contract will come into force when you make payment for your Ski Extras.
- Full payment is required at the time your order is placed. Please see below for details of your right to cancel your order and receive a refund.
- You agree that the Ski Extras you are purchasing are for use only by yourself, your family or members of your group. Ski Extras vouchers are non-transferable.
- You accept that special offers will only be applied to your order if the correct information has been given and all qualifying conditions have been met.
- You must present your vouchers in resort in order to receive the services ordered. Failure to present a valid voucher will result in the service not being provided.
- Documents produced and printed from this website or email correspondence from Ski Safari cannot be exchanged for Ski Extras in the resorts. Only valid Ski Extras vouchers received by email can be exchanged for Ski Extras.
- Vouchers can only be exchanged for services exactly as specified on the voucher. Any additional service or upgrade taken must be paid direct to the supplier at the time the voucher is redeemed. Any charge made by a supplier to Ski Safari for additional services or upgrades not paid direct will be charged to your card.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover the cost of your Ski Extras in the event that you have to cancel or curtail your holiday.
- Amendment by you – the amendment clause in the Booking Conditions applies with the exception that the amendment fee for a Ski Extras only booking is £10.
- Cancellation by you - if you are only booking Ski Extras with Ski Safari with no other holiday element, you have seven working days from the date of your order to cancel and receive a refund. Cancellations must be confirmed to Ski Safari in writing by email, fax or letter. After seven days, your Ski Extras are non-refundable. If you are booking Ski Extras with another holiday element, the cancellation term in our booking conditions applies.
